Naheed has worked in law for leading commercial law firms and Government departments and in other roles including County Court Advocate, Magistrates' Legal Adviser, Policy Manager and Law Costs Draftsman. She then moved to HR and commercial legal drafting. She has experience of HR drafting, advising and supporting employers, and assisting with drafting legal documents for companies of all sizes.

Naheed has attended thousands of civil hearings including CCMC's across the UK for leading Solicitors, having gained a reputation for being a tenacious and knowledgeable Advocate as a Solicitors Agent. She has worked in advocacy since 2010.
